3D objects printed from plant-based PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament, painted wood, concrete, spring, loudspeaker, loudspeaker cable, metal, ecological plastic made from Rhine water, transducer, sponge, amplifier, water
The installation “Substance” is an interactive artwork that uses cymatic effects to make water in bowls vibrate through sound waves, creating fascinating visual patterns.
Seven seamlessly connected hexagonal water basins form a unique display in which sound modulation generates ever-changing shapes on the surface of the water.
By employing contemporary technologies, I precisely control these vibrations and use the physical properties of water and sound as artistic media.
The open, modular structure of Substance invites creative collaboration and encourages exchange with the audience.
Through the visible oscillations and resonances within the installation, I explore fundamental principles of communication and perception — universal connections that lie at the intersection of human experience and natural phenomena.
